The 21-year-old died at the scene while two passengers were seriously injured in the crash on a slip road off the A40 near Brize Norton on Sunday (13th January 2013). A spokeswoman said the station commander was “extremely saddened”,and thoughts of personnel at the base were with the family. The crash is being investigated by Thames Valley Police. The passengers, a 19-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man, were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
