Additionally, Bobby Brennan, Community Development Worker – BME Mental Health in Sefton CVS, is looking to run a Debt Awareness workshop with additional date’s organised dependent upon request. The training will include subjects such as: · Bailiff Powers including right of entry, Debt collection Agents, Utilities Debts, Magistrates fines/liability orders, Housing, Debt management plans, Personal insolvency and dealing with vulnerable persons. · After the training you will have awareness of enforcement procedures and legal rights/ defence for example Consumer Credit Regulated Agreements, Statute Barred debt, Administration of Justice Act.
