Appeal launched to find missing Vitalij Rylscikov

Police are appealing for information after a 42-year-old man went missing from Ormskirk.

Vitalij Rylscikov, from Lithuania, was last seen at an address in Wigan Road around 2.10pm on Tuesday (April 26).

He is believed to have links to Ormskirk as well as the Blackpool and Fleetwood areas.

Mr Rylscikov is described as white, of slim build, 5ft 9in tall, clean shaven with short dark brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and dark blue jeans.

Officers are asking for anyone with information about Mr Rylscikov’s location to call Lancashire Police immediately.

PC David Byrne, of Skelmersdale Police, said: “Mr Rylscikov has been missing for several days now and we are becoming increasingly concerned about his whereabouts.

“I would ask for the public’s help in locating him and if anyone can help, to get in touch with police.”
