Appeal for missing Leyland man June 27th, 2013 admin Latest News Shares Comments Appeal for missing Leyland man POLICE are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a 23 year old man who has been missing from his home in Leyland since Tuesday. Daniel Woods was last seen at his home on Northbrook Road in Leyland at around 4pm on Tuesday 25th June. Police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare as it is very much out of character for him to go missing and not make any contact and so officers are appealing to anybody with any information about his whereabouts to contact them. Chief Inspector Andrea Barrow said: “Daniel has not made any contact with either his friends or family which is very much out of character and so his family are understandably growing more and more worried for him. “If anyone knows where Daniel is or if they think they have seen him, I would ask them to contact police. I would also appeal to Daniel to get in touch if he sees or hears this appeal to let his family know that he is safe.” Daniel is described as white, around six feet two inches tall and of stocky, muscular build. He has short, fair hair, a fair complexion and blue eyes. He also has a distinctive tribal tattoo on his right arm. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black t-shirt, light blue jeans and black trainers. He also had on a silver metal link bracelet with ‘Dad’ in white stone on his right arm.
