Detectives in Sefton are appealing for information, following a burglary at an address in Russell Road, Southport  on Wednesday, 23 January.

The burglary took place some time between 6pm and 10pm, and a number of items were stolen from the house, including jewellery and an Audi car registration number YE57 VZK, which is still outstanding. Also stolen was a Boardman Mountain bike.

The bike in particular is distinctive and officers have released pictures of a similar bike and would urge anyone who may have seen it or even been offered it for sale, to make contact.   The house has been forensically examined and house to house enquiries have been carried out.
