It is thought that the burglary took place sometime between Saturday 22 and Tuesday 25 November at a house on Course Lane, whilst the homeowners were away on holiday. Items of jewellery taken include a gold diamond bracelet, a white gold and cubic zirconia ‘tennid’ bracelet, a Swarovski ‘Maskerade’ pendant, Swarovski ‘channel set’ bangle and three pairs of drop earrings. PC Ian Beattie of Skelmersdale Police said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have information about the burglary and we would like to trace these items of jewellery and return them to the rightful owner.” Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting SB1400886.
