Appeal after headphones were stolen from WH Smith

We are appealing for your help after numerous sets of headphones, worth a total of £700, were stolen from the WH Smith store at Liverpool Lime Street station on Monday, 18 July, at 6.40pm.

Investigating officer PC Sam Jeffs said: “The man entered and left the store without making a purchase. He then retuned a short while later with a bag, placed the headphones inside and left without paying.”

Officers have issued a CCTV image of a man they believe has information which could help their investigation.
