This afternoon at around 3pm police were called to a disturbance on Duke Street, Southport, Friday 31 July 2015.
The photograph above was taken at 3.40pm this afternoon. This is the second type of police incident in a week on Duke Street.
Police at the scene declined to comment on the incident.
A local resident quoted:
“Police were looking for someone at that the address, looks like they drew a negative this time”
A police investigation is ongoing, OTSnews will have an update later today when police log the report.
