A witness said: “The traffic warden was hiding behind the cab whist the tradesman carried out work from the platform above. Once he slapped a ticket on he then crouched behind the lorry and waddled off out of site of the workmen.” “This sort of behavior gives traffic wardens a bad name, why could he not have spoken to workers…?
