Vincent Pacific opens Vincent Pacific in Southport
The Vincent will be opening a brand new restaurant on Opens Vincent Pacific at the hotel on Lord Street, Southport.
Vincent Pacific will be the latest addition to the Vincent’s award-winning V Cafe which has been welcoming customers since the hotel opened its doors back in 2008.
Vincent Pacific will be the third restaurant under the VINCENT brand having last year opened another Vincent Café in Liverpool.
The owner of The Vincent Hotel recently opened a stand-alone version of the hotel’s successful all day dining concept to Exchange Flags, in the heart of the Liverpool city centre business district.
So what will be on offer at the new restaurant……
Fusing delicious spices and flavours of Asia and the Pacific Rim.
From delicately prepared Black Cod, Wagyu Beef, Wild Sea Bass paired with Miso, Truffle & Lemon Grass, to Soy & Ginger Ribs and Chicken & Coriander Dumplings and other ingredients from around the world beautifully crafted.
