Resident outraged after discovering six distressed dogs inside a parked car in Ocean Plaza car park.
Local resident, Craig said: “This is out of order. These people shouldn’t be allowed dogs. They had six dogs in there all going crazy….. and no windows open”.
What to do if you see a dogs distressed in a car
In an emergency, the RSPCA may not be able to attend quickly enough, and with no powers of entry, we’d need police assistance at such an incident.
Don’t be afraid to dial 999, the police will inform us if animal welfare assistance is required.
