10,000 students visit NW Army Careers Exhibition October 4th, 2012 admin Latest News Shares Comments FOUR DAYS OF ACTION & ADVENTURE FOR STUDENTS AT THE LARGEST CAREERS EXHIBITION OF ITS KIND IN THE NORTH WEST WHAT: Interview, photography and filming opportunities at the Army Careers Exhibition (ACE). From Tuesday 2nd – Friday 5th October, over 10,000 pupils from schools and colleges across the North West will travel to Altcar Training Camp, Liverpool to take part in one of the largest, outdoor careers exhibitions of its kind. ACE offers pupils considering what career path to take the opportunity to get a taste of what life as a soldier in the Army is really like. Designed to offer experiences of the 220 careers available in the Army, the event allows pupils to get interactive and get up close to the Army’s hardware in addition to offering the chance to speak with serving soldiers. It’s the one time in the year that all the Army’s assets, corps and regiments that recruit from the North West are represented in the region.
